1. Delivery Timelines
We ship nationwide across India using leading logistics and courier aggregators (including Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC). Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement. Deliveries typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.
2. Shipping Charges
We offer transparent shipping rates with no hidden costs:
- Orders ₹499 and above: Enjoy FREE Delivery anywhere in India.
- Orders below ₹499: A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
3. Order Tracking & Carrier Information
As soon as your order is packed and assigned an Air Waybill (AWB) number, a live tracking button is generated on your Order Details Page. You can also click the direct tracking URL (https://shiprocket.co/tracking/[AWB]) to track your shipment live.
4. Non-Delivery & Address Issues
